After a couple of Movie Series focusing on big budget spectacles, the Extra Film boys always seem to balance it out with an auteur director who challenges both the hosts in ways they usually aren’t challenged by today’s cinema. Usually a series like that would involve first-time watches for both hosts, but in this case, David Lynch is a director Jay is very familiar with, being one of his favorite directors of all time. Known for being weird and unaccessible to standard audiences, Lynch is a unique voice in Hollywood who stands to make some of the most original films ever put to screen.
