The 2010 horror film Insidious did a pretty good job of creeping you out. The sequel looks to do an even better job.
Today we got the first trailer for Insidious: Chapter 2, the sequel to Saw and Paranormal Activity creators James Wan and Leigh Whannell’s film about the Lambert family dealing with evil spirits who are trying to possess their son. Patrick Wilson, Rose Byrne and Ty Simpkins are all returning as the family.
Insidious was a pretty good horror film with a decent story that wasn’t quite fully explored – which Insidious: Chapter 2 looks to do, giving us more information on The Further (watch the first film if you want to know what this is). And based on the trailer, it appears the film will offer plenty of more creep-out moments.
Insidious: Chapter 2 creeps us out on September 13.
