On this episode, JD and Brendan discuss Guillermo del Toro’s new film Frankenstein, starring a phenomenal Jacob Elordi! We are big fans of del Toro and have been looking forward to this all year. Especially because it’s a film that has been decades in the making considering the clear inspirations that have been prevalent in his previous work. It might not be a perfect movie, but on the whole del Toro did not disappoint and it features one of the very best performances of 2025 so far.
