List: Top 3 Movies About the American Dream
This week on Episode 406 of the InSession Film Podcast, inspired by our review of Minari, we discussed our Top 3 movies about the American Dream. The allure of the American Dream is powerful to many people who are looking for security and freedom. In full awareness of that notion, cinema has examined many times over how its both a great thing and how it can have a dark side at times. So, that left us with plenty of options for our lists this week as we considered all the perspectives that come with the American Dream. And in the end, we’re pretty happy with the films we decided to talk about regarding this topic. That said, here are our lists:
(Note: Please keep in mind that we each had different criteria for our selections)
1) Man Push Cart
2) An American Tail
1) Easy Rider

A topic like this can be cumbersome given the vast amount of great movies and moments that fit the criteria. However, we did our best to lay those that stood out to us among the sea of options. And that means your list may not look like ours. So, what would be your Top 3? Leave a comment in the comment section or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
