On this episode, JD and Brendan are joined by Megan Kearns to discuss Ronan Day-Lewis’ directorial debut Anemone! Of course, this film is most notable because it’s the return of arguably the best actor to ever do it in Daniel Day-Lewis. And spoiler alert, he does not disappoint at all. He’s as great as he’s ever been, and there’s something more compelling about his performance here given that he’s working with is son. Daniel may get all the headlines, but Ronan’s direction is also excellent and worth discussing.
