Listen!
As you probably know by now, we’ve been very busy reviewing many of the notable 2021 films as we near the end of our yearly campaign. However, in that time we’ve seen many more that we’ve been itching to talk about, so we dedicated another Patreon Bonus Content episode to doing just that. On this episode we give our thoughts on the Fran Kranz film Mass, Edson Oda’s beautiful directorial debut Nine Days, the A24 “horror” film The Humans and Roy Andersson’s latest in About Endlessness. We also talk briefly about the documentary Gunda and the Netflix animated film The Summit of the Gods. Then, JD finishes the show with some solo sentiments on the Western The Harder They Fall and one of the year’s best overlooked movies in Jockey.
Stay tuned as we have more films to discuss in Part 4 coming soon!
