On this episode, JD and Brendan discuss Pixar’s latest film Elio, along with a segment of JD’s son Sam who also gives us his thoughts as well! Pixar’s recent run has seen been a little volatile with some incredible highs and some disappointing lows. However, with Elio being an original film, we were heavily rooting for its success, but for reasons we discuss in this conversation, it’s understandable why audiences aren’t responding to it as heavily as others in the Pixar cannon.
