The cast for Draft Day just keeps growing.
According to Deadline, the latest actor to join this football flick is none other than Sam Elliott. Elliott, best known for his amazingly awesome voice, will play a “college coach whose quarterback is the top NFL draft pick.”
Elliott joins the cast one day after Tom Welling signed on. They will be joined by Kevin Costner, Denis Leary, Jennifer Garner, Chadwick Boseman and Frank Langella in an Ivan Reitman-directed film about the Cleveland Browns general manager who tries to garner the No. 1 pick in the NFL draft to help his team.
