Top 3 Directors Who Lost Their Touch (37:29)
Sadly, after seeing Jupiter Ascending, it doesn’t look like The Wachowski’s will ever find that magic that gave us The Matrix. So with that as our inspiration, we decided to talk about our Top 3 directors who lost their touch and had a falling out of sorts. We also excluded M. Night Shyamalan from this list, as it’d be an easy choice for us personally. That being said, what would be your Top 3?

  1. Hearing that this could have worked better as 3 films makes me nervous just because they tried that with “The Matrix” and we all know how well that trilogy did. The Warchoski’s really need to go back and do one like their first debut. “Bound”

    • Haven’t seen Bound but in general, I’d say you’re right. There’s just too much here for JA to work cohesively. It needed more time or to be cut heavily. But they don’t seem to like simplicity.
