This week on the InSession Film Podcast, Kevin from CinemaGeeks joins us to discuss Star Wars: The Force Awakens, the highly anticipated and latest film within the Star Wars saga that is taking the world by storm. We start off with a non-spoiler review but we also feature a big spoiler-filled discussion in the 2nd segment of the show as well. And we finish off the show by discussing our Top 3 Star Wars moments, which was a lot a ton of fun.

Thanks to Kevin once again for joining us, who is always a wonderful guest to have on the show. We all know Brendan and JD can talk forever and adding Kevin to the mix when discussing Star Wars didn’t help in terms of time. So, as a fair warning, this show is a bit longer than usual but we promise it’s absolutely worth it. We go in depth into the film and how it impacts the saga as a whole, as well as working as a standalone film.

Anyway, check out this week’s show and let us know what you think in the comment section. Thanks for listening and thanks for supporting of the InSession Film Podcast!

It goes without being said, and we’re sure you’ve seen the film by now, but just in case if you haven’t, be sure to skip this section until you’ve seen it and then come back and join us for this conversation. We go into it pretty heavily and would love to hear your thoughts.

Top 3 Star Wars Moments (1:38:57)
As we discussed in our Star Wars Movie Series, this franchise is full of rich characters and story that it’s hard to just choose three moments that stand out to us. However, we were up to the challenge. And no, we didn’t skip the prequel trilogy. Those films are flawed for sure, but they have some great moments as well. That being said, what would be your Top 3?
