List: Top 10 Movies of 2014

This week on Episode 322 of the InSession Film Podcast, we revisited 2014 and offered up a newly revised Top 10 for that year. And 2014 was already a great year for film if you ask us. Whether it be mainstream and indie films, the year had plenty to offer in terms of quality. Animated films were particularly a stand out, verging on being perhaps the best year ever to churn out greatness from that art form. Even the Awards Season had some great contenders that year, so grappling with this list again was not easy. Which films do we remove from our lists? Which one’s do we add? As one could imagine, it was slightly stressful, but in the end we are thrilled with how our lists turned out.

NOTE: On #322 we only discussed our Top 10 movies of 2014, so be sure to listen to the show to hear us discuss why these particular films were the very best of that year. However, as you’ll see below, we have listed our full Top 20 lists from 2014.
